フィードバックを提供するI recently visited this location, and I found it quite challenging to access. There’s a pharmacy drive-through right next to it, and if it gets busy, it can completely block the only entrance to the Scooter's parking lot. Once we managed to get into the drive-through line, I ordered a large latte, but to my disappointment, it arrived at room temperature instead of hot. I went back to request a remake, and while they did accommodate me, the new latte was scalding hot—totally undrinkable. I've burned my mouth so badly that I can't taste anything for a few days now. Additionally, although I ordered a large cup, they only filled it halfway. I honestly feel ripped off and will not be returning to this location again.
I recently visited Scooters for the first time and ordered two drinks: a nitro and a black and white nitro. They cost around $6 each, and for that price, I expect them to be nearly perfect. Unfortunately, they were far from it, as both drinks were half foam. When I asked the cashier if this was the usual standard, she simply shrugged. I also reached out to Scooters' corporate office but haven't heard back from the store where I placed my order. For my next coffee outing, I will choose a place that offers better quality for the price and values customer service.

Stopped Friday morning, June 2, on my way through to MC. Got what I usually get in Ft Dodge, a turtle blender and bacon burrito. I took maybe 3 bites out of that burrito and threw it away, it tasted horrible! Never had that problem at Ft Dodge location. Started feeling sick a bit later, ended up ill all weekend and that was the only thing I had to eat Friday. I called the store Saturday, no answer, knowing full well they are open as I drove by, but had to leave a message. That message said they don't take orders over the phone, fine wasnt planning on it, but to leave a message and they'd get back to you in up to 72 hours. It's been over 72 hours and I haven't heard a word. Not to mention, there was like 6 ppl stuffed in a small hole and every one of them looked very unhappy. Will not ever go back to that location.
I used to love going to scooters. I’ve gotten most of their drinks. However, within the last year or so, I had to stop going because the new manager is just rude. I’ve always been kind and patient and tipped well. And she’s always snippy and makes comments like she’s annoyed. They discontinued Redbull as well; one of my favorite drinks there. I do like their flavored coffees and the hot drinks, but I won’t be visiting this location anymore because of the manager :
