Ruby makes a delicious Navajo taco, the red/green chili was amazing. Kind of in an inconspicuous spot, the door for the cafe is just on the side of a building, in the back of a gift shop. Stopped on road trip for lunch. Frito pie with red and green chili was outstanding and definitely a Ruby creation. Also excellent pulled pork sandwich and delicious peach cobbler, generously topped with ice cream and whipped cream. Will return! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’ll tell you what, Miss Ruby knows how to THROW DOWN in the kitchen. Do not miss her red and green chilis. Get the frito pie and ask for it Christmas style. Trust her judgement because it’s golden.
