Aurea's Mexican Retaurant - Claymont

Drove 15 miles on Sunday morning to find out it is not open. It would be great if their hours were updated on their listing. It is a total waste of time and money.

My fave place to get mexican food. The quesadillas are soooo good. I usually get combinado or steak. The tacos are just as good. They usually serve each meal with a red and green salsa. The green is my favorite. I recently tried the alambre and that was a meat delight. If you have leftovers, it's good with eggs for breakfast. I recommend calling ahead to pick up if you want takeout.

First off the blonde Mexican lady was very very rude I work for DoorDash and it seem that I have to that business she's always there she . I have to there and place the customers order and when tell them what it is she tells me hard or soft taco I tell her hard but she acts like she can't under stand I even show her the order that's on my phone which clearly says hard she'll how unprofessional guess cause I'm an American

They are the most official Mexican food in Claymont and north Wilmington! Totally authentic food ; service is great they are always in a good mood ; food is always wonderful . If your looking for killer Mexican ,look no further ! They are the best around and the enchiladas verde are my favorite . Do your self a favor and check them lit they are a hidden gem !

I tried this food for the first time about two weeks ago and I have to say it is delicious. The food is authentic. The tacos were absolutely wonderful.
