What a gem! We stop here on road trips and are always greeted with a fantastic family atmosphere and incredible food. Authentic, fresh and very reasonably priced. If you're lucky, the chefs son will be wandering the dining room to help you out and entertain you with some dance moves.

Lupita's is what it's now called, and it's great! It's different from ALL of the many Lupita's in Amarillo, and the service and foods are both top-notch. Atmosphere and decor are authentic. Give them a shot!

Menu prices are off by about 30% and the owner charged me for salsa for my Mexican plate that’s odd. Dumpy little joint. Food is ok.
