Sam's Greek Cafe - Clarksville

This is the Gyro you're looking for. I've been eating here at least once a week since I worked at Circuit City that's well over 15 years. You'll never meet a friendlier owner and staff and I've never been disappointed in my meal. Try the fry sauce!

Sam's is one of my favorites when visiting Governor's Square Mall for Lunch or Dinner. The food is fresh, and everything is prepared right in front of you right after ordering. Moreover, employees are always courteous and attentive. If you are looking for the best Gyro sandwich or a plate, this is a must visit for locals or visitors passing thru the area. Baklava was dry and burnt. And it literally has the nasty burnt taste to it. Barely and filling, and no honey on top. Lamb salad: the meat was okay, but under it is cheap iceberg lettuce that’s seen better days. Lamb gyro: the exact same thing as the salad, but has a better amount of tomato. Fries tasted old. No silverware or napkins provided. Grape leaves were plainer than I’ve had in my life since childhood. Would’ve preferred canned at that point.

Been a regular customer for a good while, always nice and courteous. We would go here for our mall walks with the kid. Went in today as usual, and the cashier accused me of not paying the last time we were there. Then he offered me soggy fries and told me to check my accounts. Like I went to your business twice weekly for months to scam you out a single gyro in the end? Super uncomfortable and weird. Won't be returning.

I had the lamb gyro value meal. The meal had generous portions. It comes with lamb gyro, French fries with spice salt, diving sauce and a drink. It was great! I highly recommend it!
