Mcdonald's - Clarksville

Was great service, but a Karen came in yelling at the poor staff about three drinks she clearly messed up here self cause she changed the stories a few times. The staff handled it great though.

We all came here for the first time in 2 years yesterday. And I was not disappointed! The employees here are kind and super helpful and the food is amazing! It is clean and everything is great except for that it is completely re modled and looks completely different. It makes me super sad to be honest. When my grampa who used to take me here all the time the playground was a lot bigger and it was my childhood memories in there. That are now long gone. So PLEASE re model it again to make it look like the old one. Cause the old one was my childhood. Come to this one if you are looking for a McDonald’s who employees are actually nice!

The food was horrible even for Mc Donald's standard. In the dining area as you enter the building the floor felt greasy and slippery. In the kitchen area there was food, mostly fries all over the floor and the employees were walking all over it. In the play area there is a leak from the ceiling and the floor was wet. Also The play area had a odor to it, most likely from the leak from the ceiling. Pretty sure a health inspector would write this place up, It was disgusting.

This is genuinely one of the worst McDonald’s. They consistently make our food wrong, don’t put things in the orders, or are extremely hateful the entire time we’re ordering. Cant remember the last time we actually had something made correctly. Would not recommend this location.

I placed an online order just now. The app didn't give me any warning that they don't deliver until after I ordered. Then the app proceeded to order my meal twice. I then called to see if my money was going to be refunded. Was hung up on twice.Horrible service. Refund my money.
