Edward's Steakhouse - Clarksville

The atmosphere is very relaxing and romantic. We ordered the filet, Mac and cheese, asparagus, double baked potatoes and we had bread and salad. The food was absolutely delicious not a single complaint there, everything was very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. But honestly what really made this experience so amazing was our waitress Shawnee! She was very friendly very informative she kept a check on our drinks came to make sure the food was to our liking. She was just very attentive and a joy to have a conversation with. Definitely coming back if for nothing other than the amazing customer service!!

We encountered a ridiculous, snooty host, and bland, not well cooked/prepared food. We won't be back.

I want to rate this place 0 but I have to give it 1 star to write the review. The older women at the host Stand was extremely rude and condescending, she told me the wait would be till 8pm and that she would call me if a table opened sooner. I came back 20 till to check on the status of the table and she snapped at me saying it wouldn’t be ready till 8:15. Assuming she would call me when the table was ready we waited. She never called. I went back in to ask what happened and she informed me it was my fault for not being there at 8:15 and I should’ve called her to ask about the waitlist, do not go to Edwards expecting any type of hospitality or customer service. If you go to Edward’s Steakhouse clock in because the host is expecting you to do their job.

Best steak house around. I had lamp chops and they couldn’t have done any better
