The food is usually ok and you really cant screw up pho. I ordered fried chicken thighs this time for my toddler to eat with me. The first chicken thigh we ate was tasty and cooked well but the second was bleeding onto the plate. We told the server and she took it back to the kitchen. When the server returned, they relayed that their boss wanted to know what we wanted to do. I asked for a refund and after hearing some yelling from the kitchen, the server returned to relay that they refuse to refund that meal. I don't want anything from the kitchen after this. I'm disappointed that the manager, owner or any source didn't explain why they didn't want to refund the uncooked chicken. No offer of compensation is one thing but as a figurehead of a business, they did not take an opportunity to speak with unhappy customers to resolve the problem. Our money and our friends money is better spent elsewhere! Support small business that do GOOD business.
First time here and the Pho is AWSOME! Best in Clarksville, Tennessee for sure. Even tried their chicken wings (why not haha) and they were juicy and big. Definitely recommend it if you want some good Pho!
It was a nice little place. I went after the lunch rush. Transitioning from lunch to dinner. So it was a quiet spot. Younger staff. They're knowledgeable about the menu. The server I had noticed my table wasn't clean so he went to go clean it asap. And I appreciate that. The food was well. The flavor for the broth was actually super good. Though the meat was tough.. Kinda tasted old. The noodles were not long and breaking apart. Used to having slurping noodles. Haha. It didn't seem as fresh as it could be.. I did also have a spring roll with shrimp that was good. I loved their peanut sauce. Probably the best sauce I've had. I recommend this place for a quick bite, good atmosphere, and lax environment!Vegetarian options: Let's just say a lot for sure
I love the pho broth here! The tofu vegetable pho was very good! I highly recommend this place!
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Clarksville! Returning from college and being Viet, I get big cravings for some good bun bo hue and pho and this spot satiates that! The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very modern and fresh. I recommend the spring rolls for an appetizer, they're very refreshing, and pho tai bo vien as an entree! Very filling soup while still being light.Vegetarian options: They offer a vegetarian pho.Kid-friendliness: A kid's menu is available.Parking: Located on a strip mall so plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Located on ground level.
