フィードバックを提供するI had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes before a woman on break outside finally noticed the line and shouted inside for someone to take orders. After the car in front of us was served, my husband and I were asked to wait a moment by the man taking orders. We then waited another 10-15 minutes without any updates. It seems like there's always some issue at this location, whether it's poor or slow service, staffing problems, or even running out of food (there was a time they didn’t have buns). I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but this experience was quite frustrating.
I placed a to-go order on July 5th and ordered French toast, which required some cooking time. The team leader attended to my order and packaged it for me. However, when I got home, I found the French toast to be overcooked and burnt, making it inedible. You could easily see that every piece was charred on one side. This is not a great reflection of a team leader's standards. I'm quite disappointed.
Went through the drive thru 6/11/24 around 8 pm spend 50 dollars and food was fresh and hot, service was fast and great customer service
Got ignored at the front desk for over 10 minutes when this burger King was very slow. Unless you have time to wait don't go here in the mornings.
Fries covered in black specs from not changing the oil in who knows how long, everything else was cold and nasty
