Arby's - Clarksville

I have a passion for roast beef sandwiches, so I decided to stop by here and try one. It was excellent!

We are so glad we chose to have dinner here! The food was excellent, and Latoya truly made our experience memorable. Her cheerful personality was infectious and brought us so much joy. She is undoubtedly a valuable addition to this establishment!

I had to wait an eternity for my food—felt like three hours! I was desperate for a bathroom break, but I couldn't leave because I was anticipating my meal. Unfortunately, the food wasn't even that great; my dog prepares better dishes! In fact, my dog eats better than what I was served. The service was incredibly slow and poorly managed. Honestly, I never want to return here. They really need to improve their service significantly. I can't recommend this place at all; it honestly frustrates me. I would give it a -10 million out of 10. This place should really consider shutting down; it's that bad.

Given that Arby's prices are typically around 15% higher than those at Burger King and McDonald's, which are conveniently located next door, one would expect them to have more customer-friendly policies. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case during my recent visit. After placing our order, the young woman at the drive-thru window told us we couldn’t pay with a $50 bill because she couldn't make change. She mentioned that store policy prohibits accepting bills larger than $20. This seemed quite ridiculous, especially since our total was $36.82, which would have left us with change of $13.18. She could have easily handed the $50 to her shift manager for smaller bills or securely stored it. From now on, we’ll be making our stops at the Nashville Arby’s on our weekly trips, where they don’t enforce such unnecessary rules.

I ordered the Wagyu burger and found it to be delicious; however, I believe it could be improved with a proper leaf of lettuce. The shredded lettuce just fell apart, leaving me puzzled as to why they skimped on such an essential ingredient.
