Panera Bread - Clark

I hadn't visited in a while, so I decided to grab some lunch. I was looking forward to the broccoli cheddar soup, but it ended up being quite disappointing. I won’t be returning; the prices have increased (which I understand), but it seems like the soups are now watered down. Broccoli cheddar should be thick and creamy, not just yellow water. The flavor was lackluster, and dipping the bread was pointless since it just tasted like bread soaked in water. Please don't bother asking for my receipt, as I don't keep them from Panera. I would have gone back to voice my concerns, but I didn’t have the time because I needed to get back to work.

I really appreciate the kiosk ordering system, as it lets us customize our orders. The spicy chicken sandwich was decent, but it was served at room temperature. The broccoli mac and cheese also tasted good, but the pasta was overcooked. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and attentive.

I was very disappointed with this location. I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, and it was supposed to come with hummus, but I never received any! If they were out of it, they should have informed me and offered a substitute. Additionally, I ordered a passion green tea but was given a completely different drink, which turned out to be carbonated! To top it all off, the girl at the window was rude. I won’t be coming back here.

Ordered a pick 2 for my daughter a BLT and broccoli cheddar soup but received this it looks like roast beef but it?s suppose to be turkey not sure if it?s edible or if it?s spoiled .tried calling the store multiple times but no answer

Clean nice staff..the cooked pastries and such were.displayed nicely. Ordering via system is not needed. They need to check their milk and cream for I pour some.in my coffee and it curdled, did fix it upon bring it to their attention but we shouldhave to. They should be checking date on bottle and doing a sample of it by pour some into a small coffee and see if itcurdled. Other than that nice place oh and free wifi
