Persis Biryani Indian Grill

Ordered take out butter chicken mild naan. It was excellent. The flavors were so strong! It took about 35 minutes for a take out order. 10/10 would recommend, best flavors for Indian food I have tried in South Carolina so far! I would recommend spicing down, because the mild was more like medium everywhere else.

This place mentioned Hyderabadi style biryani, but I ordered goat biryani, on top of lamb curry they just put on chicken biryani rice from the buffet, I did found chicken pieces in the goat biryani. If I order goat why do I settle with Lamb and chicken? Most people can’t differentiate but I can. I found myself craving butter chicken and garlic naan so I decided to swing by on my way home for a little treat and I'm so glad I did! The food was warm well after I got it home and the portion sizes are significant. I'm not a small lady, but one order of butter chicken and 2 naan ends up making EASILY two meals, if not three. Amazing taste and loved the spicy good and grilled chicken. We tried the non vegetarian mixed platter and its yummy. We also liked the naan’s and the biryani is spicy as Hyderabadi biryani and the staff was great except slow service sometimes but thats not a bad thing when compared to the food quality and reasonable prices
