Highly recommended! The staff is friendly, and I've enjoyed visiting multiple times and have even recommended others who have also made purchases. However, I was a bit disappointed recently when I tried to exchange a product that didn’t work well for my dog. I had only used a total of three drops. I wanted to exchange it for CBD oil for myself, as we found that the chewing options work better for them. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn't do that and the only option was a 20% discount. I believe that if a product isn't suitable for a customer or their pet, it shouldn't be a problem to exchange it. I'll continue to support this place, but I hope this issue doesn't happen to anyone else. A friend showed me on their website the next day that they have a 30-day return policy, regardless of how much product has been used. The girl at the desk specifically told me that I couldn't return it since I bought it three weeks ago.

Quality products at reasonable prices. The owner actually decided to drop the prices on the oils substantially and pass the savings on to the customers. He really believes in the products and wants others to have the benefits at a reasonable price.
