This restaurant is quite busy, and the parking is limited, but the drive-thru is a convenient option. The staff are generally fantastic and handle the hustle and bustle well. Although I can be a bit impatient at times, they don’t seem to take it to heart. My main issue is that they really need to improve their inventory management. Recently, they’ve been out of every breakfast sandwich that Starbucks offers, which forces me to find a different coffee shop for a quick breakfast for me and my friends. It's frustrating because this seems to happen quite often. Despite this, the employees really make this place worth visiting.
I was looking for a QR code to access a Starbucks app or something similar since I'm not a regular Starbucks customer, but I really wanted to share my experience. I want to give a huge shoutout to Chloe at the Indian Hill location because she truly brightened my day when I placed my order in the drive-thru. Her enthusiasm was contagious! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient, especially since I wasn't familiar with their sizes. She helped me understand the options and even managed to handle two separate orders. They weren’t large orders, but the customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling very satisfied! Meeting her at the window was such a delight; she really put a smile on my face and made even a short 10-minute visit enjoyable, silly as that may sound. This is what great customer service looks like! Thank you, Chloe, for being a bright spot in my day!
