Jersey Mike's - Claremont

Went tonight at 8:15pm 1/23/2023 .my wife try to open left door I tried right door. As we left worker stood up looked at us and let us walk away. Called the store to ask what time do they close. He said were open, worker said one door locks. That's funny because we tried both doors. If the owner or manager wonders why they had no sales that's why. The lights were off as well . If that worker cared he would have stopped us

These people are bungling fools. I ordered a big kahuna and I'm not sure what I got. When I opened my sandwich up it was filled with a massive amount of mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes. For all of you Jersey Mike's fans who order the big kahuna all the time like me, we all know it don't come with lettuce and tomatoes and mayonnaise. I think the guy was trying to make a regular subway sandwich or something. Not really sure. What I got was a gross,, disgusting, sloppy and overly wet sandwich. I think it's sad when the people that work there don't even know their own menu items. I guess when you order a sandwich you better make sure you tell them what's in it because gosh knows what you're going to get. These people that work here are........no Appropriate word comes to mind. My only mistake was not taking a picture of it to show you how disgusting the sandwich was. My poor husband went back to exchange it for a big kahuna. Another words no mayonnaise, no lettuce and no tomatoes. So gross and disgusting. Argh! . Vomit sandwich people. An expensive puck sandwich. . Save me from them. My stomach is rolling just from the site of my mayonnaise sandwich gushing out of the sides.

These subs are really good. The large is huge! Unless you have an XL appetite, order a small. The wheat roll is delicious! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I guess I should've read the reviews first. Poor service seems to be a theme of this location And the owner obviously doesn't read the reviews or if he does he doesn't care.So after waiting for 15 minutes for my sandwich they give it to me on the wrong Bread. I'm so frustrated that I just say please give me a refund. The kicker is because I didn't ask for a printed receipt they can't refund me the tip. So the staff gets a tip and I get no service. This is the problem with having 18 year olds in charge in know manager around.

On August 9, 2022 I placed an online order for pick up to be around 6:15pm for a group of 5 people for pick from the Claremont location. One of the 5 items were #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak. I customized the order to not to include onions or mushrooms. But when we got home as you can see in the pictures below there was only 2 red peppers strips, some chicken and more than half of the sandwich was Jalapeño peppers. I can handle spicey this was WAY OVERBOARD. the sandwich had all those Jalapeño and more little ones that I could not fish out of the sandwich. Just because I removed the onions and mushrooms does not mean to add extra Jalapeño peppers. This was ridiculous, their sandwiches are not cheap. I would advise them to ease up on the Jalapeño peppers. This experience really gave me a very bad experience. I never had these issues with the location on Mountain or off Campus.
