Baskin-robbins - Claremont

Baskin-Robbins is always GOOD.. Even though there was 1 person working behind the counter, she was good.. served our group of 5.. no complaints, then attended to the group of customers without skipping a beat. I had strawberry.. on a sugar cone.. Everyone was content eating in the sitting area.

I ordered and paid for a Polar Pie for the 4th of July and when I went to pick it up they did not even make it! The young man working there apologized and tried to make it right but they had a limited selection to choose from. Not happy and I was not the only one with a problem, the women in front of me they had her order wrong as well!

Okay yes yes yes ! The custumer service was so on point . Ibeen having such a horrible day so of course ice cream fixes everything...???????? was so happy to decide this location. ???? The employees where ALL KIND they helped me (who is so indisisive ????make a good choice and they where patient with me. I can tell these employees work well together and they are honest with their work. ???? Thank you! for who ever might want to know I visited on 7/24/2020.

Jonah managed to help me find the perfect cake while helping another cake-seeking customer AND managing a rude customer (who was having some kind of meltdown about a spot of chocolate on the counter). He handled her concern with grace and professionalism and was incredibly friendly. Great service!

HORRIBLY managed, I suggest going to another location if possible. Most of the workers are younger and don't seem to be trained properly or happy to be working there. No one greets you as you walk in, they're rude as your ordering and everytime I go they are always out of something.
