フィードバックを提供するThis afternoon, I visited the Clackamas, Oregon location, and unfortunately, the drinks were very disappointing. The red drink, which was supposed to be a raspberry lemon drop, came in a very short glass. The other drink was a martini that tasted like it had no alcohol at all. When we asked the manager about it, he sarcastically mentioned that they couldn't afford proper martini glasses and just serve them in regular glasses instead. Needless to say, we left and won't be returning. Afterward, we checked the company reviews, and they sit at a mere 1.5 stars. I do not recommend this place at all!
We arrived with a group of five and waited for 30 minutes to be seated. There were only three other families in the dining area, which had a total of 9-10 tables. The unoccupied tables were left with half-eaten food, used napkins, and empty baskets scattered on them. No one cleared any tables during our entire visit, which lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, we weren't offered any water, my son found a long hair in his meal, and we received some food items that we didn’t order. We will not be coming back to this restaurant.
I had a great experience at the restaurant last night. However, the wait time was longer than I anticipated; we waited about 50 minutes. It took over 90 minutes for us to receive our drinks and food. Unfortunately, the chicken was boiled, which was really disappointing. I typically love Clucks, but this time the chicken was overcooked and dry. I felt a bit awkward complaining, but I did, and the replacement dish was equally unsatisfactory. I ended up having a meal with underseasoned fries instead. On a positive note, the service was good; the staff did their best to accommodate us.
My wife and I went to the birthday party. There was a 30-minute waiting time. Not sure if this is typical or only the time we went (Sunday at 18:30). The staff was friendly, but you could say they were fighting. Many of the employees seemed to cover each other because they were short employees. About a quarter of the seats were actually closed because they were short employees. The food was so good.
Worst service both times we ordered take out. We didn?t get what we ordered. I called and was told ? essentially it wasn?t their fault ? which it was. I was told they would send me a credit.. still don?t have the email credit/gift card. Tried to correct her three times on my email. She said she couldn?t find our order anyway. I was told if we wanted what we ordered that we would have to drive there and get it?.. we ordered directly through their site and even put in the comments to include sauce and it was on my account! ? I would love to talk with a manager!!
