Osa Thyme - Ciudad Cortes

Amazing food and great atmosphere! We shared three appetizers (dry croquets, peach salad and garnish pentaco) and had the pork ribs as the main course. As dessert, I really recommend the coffee cheese cake, it's delicious! The restaurant is completely new, but make sure you have a reservation, because it seems to me that it is already very popular. The way to the restaurants is a little rough, but it is common in Costa Rica, so don't be afraid.

We have Osa Thyme... Tito and Sandra were amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming and made us so good that we made a second booking later in the week. The food was fresh and completely delicious, and it was clear that Chef Paige took great pride on her work. The ambience is enchanting, you feel like in a private jungle oasis. Don't hesitate! Thanks to Tito and Sandra we already miss you!!

Seeing an experience. It was late and we were very tired to travel all day. We had a chance and started going towards the city of the Cascada Verde Hostel to see what we found and happened on Osa Thyme. (Thanks Universe) They usually work after booking, but happily sat at the bar and offered us some of their amazingly delicious alcoholic kombucha drinks before you show us on their menu. We started with the Creamy Salmon Di and Crostini appetizer, followed by Tenderloin Mole Tacos and the Caribbean Curry with fish. It was amazing. After dinner they offered us every one a small cup of Ameretto liqueur on the house. Overall, this was one of our favorite dining out experiences. Period. Can no longer recommend.

This place is a hidden gem. Tito, the owner is super nice and you can tell that they put love and care into every meal and drink they create. If you looking for a quiet romantic spot or a place to meet with friends, look no further. The clam chowder, chicken curry and watermelon salad are unbelievably delicious. We’ll be back!

Definitely our new favorite spot in Uvita. Delicious mains and there's a fantastic selection of small plates that allow you to put together a varied and super flavorful meal. All the ingredients were clearly very fresh and high quality. The service was great! Tito is the best! Can't say enough great things about Osa Thyme!!
