Mcdonald's - City of Utica

This place is totally disgusting, the floor is like moping with dirty headmop and flies everywhere. No ice all the time, goas is filthy and bathroom need to be clean. I wonder how the kitchen will be inside. Never again but in this store. Corporate need to get here and do something with this place.

This McDonalds crew is way over-worked. I feel bad, management please get them more help. Food comes out fine and place is open, comfy. The one older lady is always so friendly. Clientele can be very sketchy and I feel bad for the clerks who have to deal with their yelling and screaming. Choose kindness, it costs nothing.

This is the third time I walked to this location to get coffee and food. Doors all locked. Employees inside finding this hilarious as myself and three other customers knocked and waited. After we tried each door, someone came out of kitchen to tell us that drive thru only was open. At the very least, put a sign on doors, don't laugh at your paying customers and try harder, McDonald's! Never again. Left voicemail for Tom Clarke and hope you guys at least get some nice, reliable staff. Bye.

After waiting 20 minutes in line at the speaker box to pick up 2 separate mobile orders. Whoever the girl was working at 7:06 pm on 6/26/23 refused to let me give her both codes. Luckily the app gave us refunds. Never ordering from this location again

The waiting time just to order was over 9 minutes the total waiting time was over 25, ordered 10pc spicy mcnugetts (very hard,cold and dry) and a spicy chicken deluxe meat almost burned and 3 tiny slices of Tomatoe not fresh at all, always understaff and you can tell employees always frustrated, i dont blame them.
