Panera Bread - City of Troy

No matter how many times I ask to make sure croutons are in the bag (they literally come with the French onion soup) they?re always missing. And you guys keep raising the price but we don?t even get what?s included. The prices are truly outrageous now.

We visited for an early dinner with our young children. The restaurant was mostly clean, the staff members we interacted with were polite and professional, and the food (flatbread and frontega chicken) was delicious.

I love coming here. I will not go to any other Panera bread. Everyone is very nice and my order is always delicious and correct. Highly recommend!

The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are always friendly and surprisingly cheerful. The manager is almost always on-site, actively engaging with customers, including greeting me and others as we walk in. The decor is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to grab a snack and work for an hour or two.

This Panera Bread location consistently lacks staff at the front counter. I've waited 5 to 10 minutes without anyone attending to me, which is not the case at other Panera locations. When I finally asked for assistance, the staff replied that they were busy and told me to wait even longer. This store is completely unprofessional.
