I really enjoy the pizza shop, and my coworker and I often order from them, even though their deliveries are usually late. Recently, we placed an order for my birthday lunch and had a rather dramatic interaction with their manager/delivery driver. He called to inform us that they were out of our usual dressing and needed 81 cents for an extra one. However, he couldn't charge it to the card we used for the order. It wasn't a huge deal, but there was some confusion about the 81 cents exchange when they surprisingly arrived on time. This led to an 82-second voicemail from the manager/delivery driver that was quite dramatic and a bit concerning. We truly hope he’s doing well. Despite this experience, we still love the pizza shop and wish him the best in life!

The food is great!!! The customer service on the other hand is TERRIBLE. Older woman with dark hair who thinks she?s the owner or manager has the rudest and most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. Not only does she manage the registerbut the food as well. I ordered out and when I got there the food was not ready. Observing with my own eyes she removes thegarlic knots from the warmer and uses her nasty disgusting fingers to guide it into the container. I confronted her about itnicely and this monster made the biggest scene. Called me a liar was repeatedly loud. Threw the knots towards the garbage(missed). Created a whole scene-(the Oscar goes to). I will never eat at that spot again. My family and I really enjoy travelingand eating there but not after that vulgar behavior (I?m being nice) I was truly embarrassed. She needs to be fired!!!!
