フィードバックを提供するI ordered my usual meal tonight, but my order was incorrect. When I asked to speak with the manager, I found her to be very unprofessional. She had poor listening skills and constantly interrupted me, which made it difficult to express my concerns. Frustrated, I had to ask her a direct question just to move the conversation along: "Are you going to replace my order?" She replied, "No, I just got off the phone." Then she called me back to ask if I wanted her to explain. I found her behavior unprofessional and insulting, especially since I can't eat mushrooms due to my allergy. While I enjoy your food, the service has really let me down. The manager said I always order it separately, so I questioned why it was put together with mushrooms. It feels like my loyalty as a customer isn't valued. My money is important too. I'm giving a rating of zero today.
