The Lambs Club - City of New York

I attended an event in a conference room where they offered a nice selection of wines and tasty hors d'oeuvres. The shrimp cocktail, although visually appealing, lacked flavor. The dining area of the restaurant is beautifully designed—elegant and quiet—but a bit too dim for my preference. I didn't eat there, so I can't speak to the food. However, the wait staff was outstanding, providing excellent service with a smile, which is quite rare these days!

I celebrated a birthday dinner at this restaurant before heading to a Broadway show, and it was a wonderful experience. We opted for the three-course pre-theater menu, and both the food and service were outstanding. I really appreciated how attentive the staff was in acknowledging our special occasion. The steak tartare and rabbit cavatelli appetizers were both delicious; I would describe the cavatelli as being reminiscent of a rich mac and cheese—though it didn’t have much meat in it, it was still very tasty. The scallops were cooked to perfection and served in an incredible broth, and the duck was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nothing special, not worth the price unless you are expensing it

We dined with a group of 7 celebrating two milestone birthdays. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were blown away by the food and service. We wanted a sophisticated, swanky, elegant atmosphere where we could enjoy great food but also great conversation. Lambs Club delivered and exceeded our expectations. The drinks were creative and the menu had something for everyone to enjoy. We loved the Carbonara, Tuna Tartare, Duck, and Steaks. Highly recommend!
