Sweetgreen - City of New York

What a fantastic discovery! We were heading to see the Blue Man Group nearby when we came across Sweet Green. The staff was incredibly friendly, the ingredients were very fresh, and we managed to find options for our selective 7-year-old. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a quick meal. Healthy and budget-friendly, it’s definitely worth a visit!

Without a doubt, this is my favorite spot for salads. I can't go a week without grabbing a Caesar salad from here. I highly recommend using the app to place your order, as some menu items, like rice, are only available for online orders. Plus, you can skip the line and pick up your food right away. Don't forget, you can also earn rewards through the app!

I've been meaning to share my thoughts on Sweetgreen for a while now because I really love it—how can you not? However, this particular location has some problems. The food is definitely high quality and the restaurant itself is nice, but the staff isn't always very friendly and often seem unhappy at work. It's rare to see a smile from them. This is quite different from my experiences at other Sweetgreen locations. I’ve switched to mobile ordering to avoid dealing with the staff, but I've had issues with that too; my salads have been unprepared on several occasions, even when I arrived after the designated pickup time. That said, it seems to be improving lately, as that has not happened recently.

I love the food, but this location always closes early. I've been here multiple times at 8:50pm and the workers refuse to serve me because they started cleaning up early. Please update your hours online, or kindly serve customers until the promised time. Hate to see poor operations affect the Sweetgreen brand negatively.

I like the salads but like other people have written, this place closes really early. I came at 8:50 one time and I had to literally beg them to serve me salad, and they reluctantly agreed. It?s not like they ran out of ingredients they just didn?t want to work. I came today at 8:43, and again they refused to serve me. It?s really frustrating.
