Norma's - City of New York

My absolute favorite place in Ridgewood for a breakfast sandwich! It's always perfect. I order the New Yorker on a croissant and add cream cheese and jam—it's my signature sandwich. You definitely have to try it, and don't miss out on Norma! I suggest ordering online for pickup to avoid the wait, as it tends to be quite busy. There are outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal, and the bakery is incredibly delicious too! Yummy!

Charming and cozy, this little bakery offers delicious breakfast sandwiches. I tried the New Yorker and swapped the meat for avocado, which made for a tasty vegetarian option. I also had the passion fruit juice, which was enjoyable. One downside is their limited hours; they close at either 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, but they're open every day.

Norma's Corner Shoppe is absolutely charming and cozy. We stopped by for a quick breakfast and ended up trying the Chocolate Mocha Bundt, Raspberry Loaf, and two cups of latte. Both cakes were incredibly delicious and satisfying, with a wonderfully soft texture and rich, creamy frosting. The latte was good—nothing out of the ordinary, but refreshing nonetheless. My friends mentioned that their biscuit sandwich is fantastic, so we will definitely be back to give that a try!

I have the ranchero breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and it was so delicious, just really chaotic. I wouldn't dare to eat it before every lol, but I would definitely buy it again. Iced coffee was also really good.

Most of the sandwiches are great, the service is great, but the pick up process could be improved. People cut the line for pickup, but keep adding more stuff to their order or they need to finish paying for their pickup...! Pickup is supposed to be quick and not negatively affect other customers waiting on line. If you are going to do pickup you can't just skip the line and then add a bunch of stuff to your pickup order. You should wait inline. I feel like the staff should enforce this if its busy. It is not fun waiting in line for 15 minutes just to have someone pick up and then add an entire order to their pick up order.
