Really good babka and the sweetest family selling it. Cash only, but they have an ATM!

This is the best family owned kosher Jewish bakery in New York City. The staff is very friendly and you can order in pounds, half pounds, and quarter pounds. It’s a delightful little place. Every sign written in the store is handwritten by the family. The newspaper is also free here. Some kind locals from nearby retirement homes come and visit the family quite often. A very welcoming place. I recommend it.

I came to Moishe’s Kosher Bakery for the first time yesterday to grab a collection of treats for my birthday and they completely went above and beyond. They gave me their freshest cakes, an assortment of sprinkled cookies and the best B&W cookies I have ever had! And they were so thoughtful and kind throughout. I will definitely be coming back!

Old school vibe, which I really liked. Very reasonable prices and fresh bakery items. Seems to be family run. Worth visiting!

On the quest to find the best hamentaschen during our trip to NYC, my wife deemed this bakery the best! Very friendly lady working the counter, everything we tried was delicious and plenty of items we didn’t get to try looked equally as good. Reasonably priced too, we will be back on return trips to NYC in the future
