Went here with a group of friends and the staff, food, and atmosphere were ?????????????????. I got the spicy watermelon margarita, I HIGHLY recommend this, probably one of my fav drinks I've had in NYC. If you are looking for a chill environment that feels like a true NYC bar, this is your place. I had a great time here.

I want to give this place six stars. I never want it to close. It's a dive essentially but one that oozes authenticity. The staff is friendly, the prices are very affordable for dimes square, and the crowd is very cool. I've had incredible service here compared to some nearby places. It is an easy place to bring a few friends, grab some beers, and dish about your day while feeling totally relaxed and at home. Definitely leans more towards an art/skate/fashion/music crowd

As usual, I just stumbled upon an awesome bar... walked past and at first and saw general store. Well we're not in the 1800's anymore so i did a double-take and happens to be a really cool place ! Pickel Martini was awesome ???? definitely coming back and bring friends!

Hootsla: Delicious French toast bites. Huge quantity. Buffalo wings: Very crispy. While I've never had strong feelings about Buffalo wings, a more opinionated acquaintance called them the best in NYC, and I can see that.
