Today we were missing part of our order (bacon chicken ranch slice) and could not get in touch with the restaurant, as they had closed or the driver. The calzone was not a typical calzone and the chicken tasted like processed chicken. The chicken wings were also cold. It seems like they rushed our order because they were closing. This is not ok. We were very disappointed.
I usually order from this restaurant frequently, but I placed my order at 7:42 PM, and it’s now 9:17 PM with no delivery in sight. This is incredibly frustrating, and I won't be ordering from here again. This is unacceptable.
The food is as good as ever, but the service has unfortunately become HORRIBLE over the past few weeks! The restaurant staff has been rude both over the phone and in delivery. I've been ordering from here for years, and my manager, coworkers, and I have always been happy with the service. We work in a hotel and frequently recommend this restaurant to our guests. While the guests enjoy the food, they've recently started complaining about the service. In the past, lunch deliveries were brought right to the front desk without any issues, but now they want us to go outside to pick it up. Since when did this change? They even asked a disabled guest to go outside to retrieve his meal from the driver.
I checked out the reviews and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The fries weren’t fresh or crispy, and the baked shells tasted like canned food. The rest of the dishes were really oily as well.
The restaurant is truly amazing, you will never regret to distribute your money here. The food service is great and I love it. Are they sometimes grounded? Yeah, but are you wondering? Don't understand sometimes. Anyway, best food in Queens
