Dunkin' - City of New York

I don't really write reviews but the people in this store were so nice to me. It's also big and has a seating area which is good.

I regularly use the app to order ahead and pick up from this location. I have NEVER waited for my food and the order is always correct.

Typical Dunkin. Slow, inefficient (one person filling orders for a long line) and cold coffee. Our first morning in the city, and in a hurry, I gabbed these not knowing what to expect at the plethora of coffee shops in the area. How much more succinct can I get!

The tables were dirty. I had to swipe it down myself. Beside that, it was nice here. Staff was great.

They should cover the donuts or kill the flies. I saw plenty of flies flying and laying down on the top of the donuts. Department of health should come and check it out.Dirty inside too.
