Dunkin' - City of New York

I arrived tonight at 8:45. Two young employees (I have their pictures) were in the store and the door was already locked. They refused to let me in even though I motioned to them by pointing to my wrist that it was not yet closing time.

Good coffee, good donuts, friendly staff especially Meduel/Muhammad

The restaurant is clean and quiet, but they could improve their friendliness, similar to the other location on Broadway.

This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. The manager is outstanding! She's friendly and extremely helpful, and she truly knows her customers.

I visit this restaurant frequently, and it's generally quite clean. There's nothing negative to say about it. The staff is really friendly.
