Brixx Barley - City of Long Beach

The place was excellent. We enjoyed our meal and the service was outstanding.

Service was friendly, thanks to bartender Jenna, who made the experience enjoyable. As for the food and drinks, we started with the Maple Sriracha Wings (small order of seven), which were quite good. They had a nice balance of sweetness with just a hint of heat and a decent amount of meat on the bone. Next, I tried the Burrata Burger, which includes a half-pound Angus patty made from beef, short rib, and brisket chuck, topped with burrata, bacon jam, arugula, garlic aioli, and fried avocado, served with hand-cut French fries. The burger was solid overall. The bun was fantastic—fresh and sturdy, holding everything together nicely. The burrata was creamy, and the arugula added a fresh touch. However, I didn't really taste the bacon jam, and the avocado flavor was somewhat subtle. Additionally, the patty seemed either under-seasoned or slightly overshadowed by the other ingredients. The fries, on the other hand, were very good—crispy and well-salted.

Fantastic local bar and restaurant! They have an excellent selection of seasonal craft beers.

From texas and we ate here before heading back home. The atmosphere is great on a sunday who doesn't like football brunch especially bottomless mimosas!!! The was subpar we had an order of bland wings supposed to be jamaican jerk and a play on garlic parmesan both looked like the didn't put on any sauce. We also go a pizza which was good but you can't really mess up a pizza. I would definitely eat here again but i wouldn't order the wings.

This is a charming pizzeria that offers a complete menu and a vibrant bar atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by the live music, which added an enjoyable touch to our night. The food was excellent, and the service was both friendly and professional.
