I first visited this shop in 2012 and have been a loyal customer ever since. I stumbled upon this charming tea shop while walking on a small street and was immediately drawn in by the wonderful variety of teas and colorful tea cups and pots. Since that first visit, I have purchased many teas and pottery from their online shop. The quality of the teas is exceptional, the pottery is beautifully crafted and unique, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Whenever I have needed assistance or suggestions, I have always received friendly and helpful responses. This shop is my go-to place for buying teas, and I look forward to visiting it again when I return to London. Thank you for your kindness, beautiful products, and delicious high-quality tea!
During our visit to London, my wife and I, being tea enthusiasts, decided to check out a tea shop. She came across this particular one and was intrigued by its connections with tea farmers, choosing it over the larger Twinings shop. The unique postcard concept also drew us in, as the shop sends out tea samples as postcards to anywhere in the world, making it a perfect gift for our friends and family. We enjoyed the aroma of the various teas on offer, before selecting a few to sample. Although there is no food available, only tea, we spent time browsing through coffee table books on teas while waiting. This shop is not a traditional restaurant, but a place dedicated solely to selling teas. Don't expect a full proper tea service with scones and other accompaniments here.
First of all, they have many kinds teas. I bought English teas, they are especially superior when you almost finish your teapot tea. When tea got thick, strong, you can add milk, and it turned out to be delicious, mild, light, lovely one especially with English milk. Just before the new Bond Bus stop turn the corner Swalovsky right, and turn right again, easily you find.
My go to tea shop to buy tea and to taste new ones. Very knowledgeable staff one of the 3 best tea shops I have been to the other two being Ming Cha in Kong Kong and Ippodo in Kyoto.
