Krispy Krunchy Chicken - City of Ithaca

Normally I'm a huge fan of Krispy krunchy Chicken I eat it at least once a month I typically go in during the day tonight I went in around 9:00 an hour before they close you would like to think that the food that they're selling an hour before they close is still at least hot enough to serve that was not the case this evening I didn't realize until I got it home that it was quite cold I stuck a temp probe in it and it only read 105°you are required to hold food at 141° or higher prevent the growth of foodborne pathogens I'm currently reheating it at home but I'm really considering throwing it away because I have no idea how long it's been in the temperature danger zone I am less than impressed.

The order was wrong. Chicken is always good. Tried to call and was blocked. Not possible to leave a message. Chatted with Grub Hub agent and was offered a refund. I accepted.

Delicious chicken but they overcharged me by $8 today and when I brought it up, I got a little performance between the two guys working there that was obviously fake. No apology, no remorse. They gave me my money back but I wonder how many other people they've ripped off over the years.

I can tell you I was surprised the potatoes were instant. Would prefer a homemade taste. And the honey biscuits have a little too much salt for me. It is over the edge. And the shrimp was very good. I am glad I had tartar sauce. Maybe include that into the fish orders. I would order again.

Consistently great fried chicken and this driver got it to us FAST.
