Dunkin' - City of Ithaca

Fast, friendly, great coffee, this morning I stopped at this location in Ithaca and was surprised to see the most beautiful girl at the drive thru. I?m thinking about getting back to that store to find out her name.

One of my two favorite Dunkin' locations. I usually plan my trip into town around grabbing my coffee first. Despite the staffing shortage, they are always friendly and efficient in trying to get people in and out as quickly (and accurately) as possible. Ifthey have to close early there is always a sign posted long before the closing time and clearly posted for people to see. Sadwhen I can't get my coffee but it's understandable in light of the events of the last year and a half. I always see staffwearing gloves and masks which is also a comfort since they are handling food and beverages.

Recently, I've stepped out of my comfort zone and started trying new items at Dunkin. While not everything has been a great success, some choices have definitely been worth it. I encourage you to experiment with new options!

One of my top two favorite Dunkin' locations! I always look forward to my trip to town just to grab my coffee. Even though they sometimes have fewer staff, they are consistently friendly and work efficiently to serve customers quickly and accurately. If they need to close early, they always put up a clear sign well in advance, so it’s easy to see. It’s disappointing when I can't get my coffee, but I completely understand given the challenges of the past year and a half. I also appreciate that the staff wears gloves and masks while handling food and drinks, which adds an extra layer of comfort.
