フィードバックを提供するI asked the cashier if I could customize my order, and they said they would do their best. When my order was ready, I showed them a video, and I must say, it tasted amazing! I ordered the Venti size, and it only cost $7—what a deal! Thank you to everyone who helped with my order!
I visited yesterday, October 17, 2022, at 1:05 PM, and the experience was unfortunate. The girl at the drive-thru, who had a gold nose ring, was quite rude. When I asked for straws, she informed me that they were out of stock. How can Starbucks not have straws? It seems like she doesn't understand that this is a service-oriented business. Additionally, the drinks were poorly made. I definitely won’t be returning!
My comments extend beyond just this location. I used to be a daily customer for years, but everything changed once the stores transitioned to drive-thrus. The atmosphere has become cold and unbearably loud. The music that once created a soothing ambiance is now too loud to read a book or study. Whatever happened to the comfortable sofas? I believe the work area should be separated from the dining area. The noise from the staff serving the drive-thru has escalated, leading them to turn up the music even more to cover it. I hardly visit anymore and typically don’t make any purchases since I don’t plan to stay. Starbucks used to be a place that brought back fond memories—I even met my wife there. I occasionally stop by to see if any remnants of that experience remain, but sadly, it’s just not the same anymore. The only location I know of without a drive-thru is quite far away, so if I ever want to recapture the true Starbucks experience, I’ll have to make that trip. It’s a shame. I hope someone at Starbucks remembers what made the original experience so special. Unfortunately, it seems that with the focus on busy drive-thrus and pick-up orders, the authentic Starbucks vibe has been lost. I’m not holding my breath for a return to that atmosphere.
This place is always busy so they may not get to you very fast. But normally, service is nice. New hours which could be a result of staffing shortages.
Lousy Wifi. Mediocre service. No plug-in. Some tables were left uncleaned. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes unattended while some of the staff stood behind the counter chatting.
