A&w - Citrus Heights

No one else was the drive thru in the Restraunt. It took 20 minutes for a hamburger and chili dog. They tried to be helpfully nice staff, but a little slow to fill orders.

We have had problems with this store for a year. But are last visit just last week we were done. Employees were rude unwanted unrespectfull. Over 41 min to get 2 chicken sandwiches that were over cooked. 2 other customers walked out after waiting over 5 min. To get waited on. The best KFC TO GO TO IS THE ONE ON SUNRISE AT CURBY CLEAN RESPECTFUL NICE PLEASENT. A 6 STAR STORE. AUBURN BLVD. STORE half star if that.

Ordered 2 hot dogs and when we got home we found no hot dogs but did find an order of fries and an order of mashed potatoes. My fault for not checking before departing but your fault for an unbelievably messed up order. Your staff really needs to get their heads together.

Unfortunately, A&W must be feeling that after-covid can't-get-decent-help. The guy who took my order was really nice. But, the picture of my mashed potatoes bowl....I mean famous bowl, says it all.

I ordered a 4-piece chicken strip meal with fries and a soda, but I ended up with 4 pieces of regular chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, and a soda. It was quite disappointing. The price was outrageous too. Overall, I was very let down.
