Wendy's - Cincinnati

This wendys has a family nugget 50 count option as of posting. Great value when you want a fast meal for the park with the kids.

Update: Yesterday 5/29 was a big improvement. The lobby was open and the manager had a good atmosphere and attitude herself! 6/12: Outstanding service In the Lobby! Continued huge improvement! Bravo! Fyi the same lady manager was there. We love her!! 6/26: Outstanding service once again. One of the best ran Wendy's in the country and the best ran in Cincinnati!

Wendy's offers a solid dining experience! The food and drinks are quite satisfying. I do wish they would update their menu more frequently, though. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, which I thought was worth mentioning. However, the manager seemed a bit grumpy.

While I waited, I overheard Jamie chatting with nearby staff members, who were also very polite and respectful, discussing ways to enhance customer service. I was genuinely impressed. As I was about to drive away, I told Jamie how much I appreciated the experience. Her first response was to turn to her team inside and say, "It’s because of everyone here." I was truly impressed by her leadership. I was also briefly introduced to team members Jordan, Trayvon, and Brackers, all of whom were very friendly and seemed to truly enjoy their work while having fun. This kind of team spirit is quite rare. Additionally, the food was fantastic and delicious. My family loved it! I give this experience a glowing 5 stars.

I visited this Wendy's around 4 PM today, and the wonderful staff member who assisted me truly went above and beyond. I regret not catching her name—she was wearing a visor hat adorned with numerous pins. Please consider giving this woman a raise or a bonus or some kind of recognition for her outstanding service!
