Panera Bread - Cincinnati

It's not too busy unlike some fast casual chain restaurants out there which means you focus and get some work done. The food is exactly the same as any other Panera bread location. The staff are friendly and they do a great job.

What a dump! 7 pm Dinner time.Went to get a chicken baguette and they had no bread. A Panera Bread without bread. On top of it all they wrapped the sandwich I ordered and smashed the hell out it. The meat was mashed and out of the bread when I opened the wrapping. I just can’t believe this place survives.Absolutely stupid business. I don’t think I’m ever going back to Panera Bread again. They lost a customer.

Riley was incredibly helpful and kind today when I was having issues with the mobile app/my refund balance being deducted incorrectly. Instead of getting angry or saying she couldn’t help, she was patient and resolved my issue, even though she was being pulled multiple different directions. Thank you!
