Kfc - Cincinnati

The food was good, but they forgot a component of my combo meal, which is frustrating. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

"The employees were fantastic, and the place was very clean, which is great for beginners. However, it is ridiculous to restrict public restrooms to staff only, especially when there are handwritten signs stating this. As a customer, I would expect access to restrooms while dining. Additionally, the fries were overly fried to the point that they were inedible and ultimately had to be discarded."

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The manager, Mary, was rude and rushes you through the ordering process. She called me over before I was ready and hurried me along, making the whole experience frustrating. By the time I finished ordering, I wasn't even interested in the food I had chosen. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit.

Came around 19 clock and it was hardly packed. it took 5 minutes for someone who commanded for 2 other people. it took 15 minutes to make my order that took only 30 seconds until I was asked for a refund. worst experience of my life food: 3/5

Gave me the wrong food, I called and they gave me a credit. The next day I thought I would use the credit but nobody knew about it. What a scam.
