フィードバックを提供するI was very surprised, in a great way. We made reservations the same day, they had a pretty open reservation... It is a higher end hotel restaurant. Bar was very busy with a large party. Bar made our drinks quickly and nailed it; old fashion and a Long Island. Small well made menu. I had the Duroc pork chop tasted great cooked perfectly; only negative the mushrooms used were prepackaged. Another guest in our party had the Grill Salmon; she's still talking about how good it was. Beets, quinoa and sauce was excellent together.t
We came to D. Burnham's for my husband's birthday and we had a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Ben, was attentive and the courses came out was we were ready, not rushed and not too slow. The food was very good. We especially enjoyed the berry salad. The staff was really great. They provided a birthday dessert with a personalized message on the plate. The dining space was beautiful and not very crowded. The restaurant is in the Renaissance Hotel, but has a totally separate space. The hotel lobby is lovely too. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.
We chose to dine at this restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner and were thrilled that we did! While visiting family in town, we weren't in the mood for a traditional Turkey dinner, so we decided to try this place... and we were pleasantly surprised by the great food and service! Normally, we are hesitant to dine at hotel restaurants, but this experience was truly a treat!
The service staff at this restaurant is absolutely excellent and one of the best in the city. The food is delicious and the restaurant looks gorgeous as soon as you walk in. We came here for a break from the office and, despite arriving later than planned, D.Burham's was the perfect choice.
We decided to dine at D. Burnham's for an early dinner before heading downtown for a show. I had heard great things about their Sea Bass from one of the sous chefs, who recommended it to me after I mentioned my struggle to find a good Sea Bass meal in Cincinnati compared to what I had in Biloxi, Mississippi. The Miso Glazed Sea Bass did not disappoint. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a great balance of flakiness and firmness, and the Miso Glaze added a delicious flavor. Even though I typically don't care for asparagus, I found myself enjoying it after it had been glazed with the sauce. My dining companion also ordered the Sea Bass and agreed that it was excellent. The service was top-notch as well. We can't wait to return for another meal at D. Burnham's.
