フィードバックを提供するHaven't been in KFC in a long time. The experience was good with a decent 8 piece meal. The spicy chicken wasn't spicy, though. Could've been better to meet expectations.
Drove 15 minutes home and realized there was multiple mistakes, drove 15 minutes back and asked for a fresh order since everything was now cold, they refused and said it was my fault because I brought the order back to show them. Manager was alsovery rude and escalated a simple situation that would have been an easy fix. Stop hiring employees who have no standards forthemselves or your business?
When I inquired about the sides that were supposed to come with the order, she became almost irate. There’s more to the story, but the main point is that she made a fuss about the sides, and in the end, I didn’t receive them anyway. This place used to pride itself on attention to detail and customer service, so it’s disappointing to see that I was shorted on macaroni and cheese and four biscuits after all the commotion – and it was clearly listed on the receipt. Plus, there was no line waiting behind us, so there was no rush. With so many other fried chicken options in town, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Follow-up: I received a $10 voucher from KFC, but I would have preferred a check so I wouldn’t have to go back!
I called at 7:40 to request an 8-piece meal with extra crispy chicken, and I was willing to pay extra for three breasts and five legs. However, I was informed that they couldn't fulfill my request because they were closing in an hour and a half and wouldn’t be preparing any extra crispy chicken. I explained that I was calling ahead to see if they could accommodate me, but once again, the answer was no. I then reached out to the KFC on 7th North St. and they said it was no problem at all. Now, I'm here waiting for the extra crispy chicken they've freshly prepared for me. I will never return to the Cicero KFC again!
My husband just returned home with our food, and the mashed potato bowls were barely filled. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, we called to express our concerns and all we received was an apology—nothing changed. We decided to give them another chance since it's been a while, but this will definitely be the last time we order from here.
