Using on the go ordering, I guess it's hard to get the order correct the first time, as I have to drive back to return the product. Update it has gotten better.

Day crew 10/10 then 2pm hits more often than not no issues 7/10 Night crew 4/10 not sure why but my order is often wrong or long waits just to place an order. I'll just continue going early but not after 5pm

I'm a loyal customer and the workers are very polite. I always order an ice coffee and I literally drink the sugar because it's not completely mixed in. If it was fully dissolved I would be more satisfied. That's why I give 4 stars but overall the customerservice is great :
