Little Caesars Pizza - Cibolo

I've been getting my pizza from here for years! Every time I go the pizzas, the staff have always been professional and personal.. and the kitchen staff in the back are extremely efficient at their jobs even on busy days they still put fast quality pizza!

We were in TRY and order pizza to go home. We were completely ignored by the employees (no greeting, no we will not be NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT TO IN a moment!!! There were 1 other customers in the store and HE was ignored as well as (he was there to get a call in order. We were for about 10 minutes with NO recognition of ANY EMPLOYEES!!!! (You know we were there because a few employees came in sight, looked over our way, but STILL DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO US!!!! My friend and I went because we were tired to be ignored!!!!!!!

I walked in to place my order and didn't have to wait long for it to be ready. You can also order online. They have racks for pickup right when you walk in. At the moment it seems they don't accept apple pay or any tap to pay devices. The bathroom was also out of order. There are no waiting chairs available but could easily wait in your car until order is ready.

I always order in advance for pickup. Today, I placed my order at 6:47 Pm for pickup at 7:15 PM. My order was not ready until 7:26 PM!!! That?s absolutely unacceptable. Other customers were going in and out with their orders but mine wasn?t ready. I?m so disappointed with this location today! I never have an issue but today was the absolute worst!

Employees are nice and all but unless you are ordering and then picking up don't bother. I've been a longtime patron to this specific location because of its proximity to my work, but it's like this place has no quality control anymore. The last few hot and ready's have been a steady slope. From all right and edible, too old, hard, sauceless and tasteless. I get inflation but come on guys there are six other places to go in town for pizza, how do you stand out? Apparently now they're alright with just selling you whatever pizzas come out the oven no matter the condition and will still slap an $8 price tag on it. I get its budget pizza but come on. I had no choice but to eat this pizza because I already drove back to work and I'm hungry, but if I opened this while I was there I definitely would have asked for a better, new pizza.
