Zeman - Churwalden

We had lunch here last Sunday. The restaurant was very crowded but we found a lovely covered outside table and the staff were brilliant, as was the food. So thank you for that. We returned today to the sunny terrace at 3pm for a drink. A lovely local lady let us sit at her table. She had been waiting to order for 30 minutes and mentioned this to the waitress, a young blonde woman. Instead of saying sorry, the waitress told off the other customer then left us all to wait for another 10 minutes before she would accept our drinks orders. The local lady 's hot Chucky arrived hot and quickly. Our drinks (a beer ana an ice tea) didn 't. After 20 minutes waiting I went inside and asked the waitress as politely as I could if we could please have our drinks. She was horrible she aggressively said it 's coming in German and basically ran away. But of course it wasn 't coming. So after a further 15 minutes we had had enough and went inside to politely ask for our money back. The waitress said she didn 't speak English. We speak English, Italian and French but none of these were known either. So we struggled on in German and got our money back. I think the owner was close by so the waitress was quite quiet and contrite with us, this time. But the way we and the local lady were treated was not ok. We ourselves have been going to Lenzerheide for 24 years but we 'll never be returning to Restaurant Heimberg.

We sat politely at the bar for over 30 minutes waiting to be served. The waitress behind the bar took our order and then her boss told her to not serve us and other guests who had been waiting at the bar but she was to serve the tables first. The boss then told me I did not understand the service and I had to wait despite people who arrived after us being served before us. Would highly never recommend a visit to this unfriendly and very rude coffee shop!

Es ist immer wieder eine Freunde, wenn wir in dieses Restaurant zum Essen in Parpan vorbeikommen. Unsere Tochter hatteheute Hot Dogs mit Pommer (die Pommer waren echt knackig und frisch), die Spagetti meines Sohnes waren al dente und die Sauce richtig gut). Die Bündner Gerstensuppe war cremiger als ich es sonst kenne, aber wirklich hervorragend. Wir werden in der Gaststube immer rasch bedient, die Bedienung ist super freundlich und persönlich. Für mich ist es eines der besten Restaurants im Gebiet Valbella/Lenzerheide. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Peter

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 kleine Kinder. Service hat super geklappt, das Essen war sehr lecker und schön grosse Portionen. Nach dem Essen haben die Kinder noch Malstifte und Papier zum malen erhalten. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Jedes Mal muss man so lange warten bis man was bestellen 30 Dezember. Nach mehrmaligen sagten die einen wir seien nur zum bringen da!!! Sorry ihr könnt doch schnell die Bestellung aufnehmen und von mir aus dem Kellner die Bestellung auftragen zum kassieren aber nicht mal das funktioniert!!! Wir waren sicherlich 20Min am warten. Wie gingen dan
