Domino's Pizza - Chunār

Ordered pizza, 30 min delivery was guaranteed, it came in 55 mins and yet no refund was initiated, another time, pizza was burned and the manager personally assured me to either send another one or refund amount, none was done again!

Placed an order via irctc in the morning. And Dominos cancelled my order in the evening just by sending the mail. Despite knowing the fact that there's network problem in train. They are not even bothered to call us and inform about the cancellation. Negligence from there side. Last minute cancellation. What should we eat for dinner? They are least bothered.

If you love to eat pizza then this is right place for you. Good staff . Affordable price. This is inside IP mughal mall in DDU.

Very bad experience with Domino's Mughalsarai outlet. Chef don't know about toppings . If you will complain about anything they respond like we'll prepare like that only. I went there multiple times and every time there behaviour is same no change even after complain also. But if when we are in Mughalsarai then we don't have any other option to have some Pizza time.
