Love this place. The service is always on point. The food is good too. I enjoy the Novo Burger with a Mango IPA.

The first time I came I had a great experience. The owner was very nice and welcoming. Really made me feel comfortable in his establishment.I spoke so highly of Novo and decided to bring my wife to celebrate her birthday. Listen, I am so ok with being able to sit myself at a table but Im not ok with sitting for 7min without even being acknowledged. My wife and I sat and I looked at 3 staff members walk pass us even looking at us not once did someone come to us asking would ya 'll like a menu , could I offer ya 'll a glass of water , and mind you it was not busy at all, we didnt receive a menu, and other guess were being helped while we were just sitting for 7min. I continued to stare until a male staff member came to our table then I responded, Finally someone acknowledges us and comes to our table, thank you! The reason for the 3 is due to the staff not the food. The food is amazing! I 've been to several restaurants who happen to be extremely busybut not once have they ever not acknowledge and welcome us in their establishment.Moral of my story from TODAY is...as a business your never too busy for your customers. Even if you are quite busy still acknowledge that you see them and tell them someone will be with you shortly?

Great spot for sports. Their menu has gotten better, and their Berry salad is amazing. Their non alcoholic drinks are very good.
