The service was terrible, and the food took a long time to arrive. I do not recommend coming here.

I found the presentation of the dishes quite disappointing. I spent over $100, and the food did not meet expectations. None of my friends touched the pancakes as they were very unappetizing, and there was no honey available at our table. Additionally, my coffee was served cold, straight from the kitchen—how is that acceptable? Just because the restaurant was busy doesn’t excuse the poor service we received. I never got the French vanilla for my coffee, and when our waiter, Leonardo, took his break, we were left without anyone to assist us. I almost left without paying, but I believe in being honest. I definitely won’t be returning, and I certainly can't recommend this place to anyone.

Upon arriving, I showed them my online cart and placed my order. The staff member taking my order had to get assistance from someone who seemed to be the manager. After a few unsuccessful attempts to apply the discount codes, they informed me that the code must be specific to that restaurant. It was frustrating for everyone involved, especially the other customers waiting while those two kept trying the same code repeatedly. I had mentioned that I called ahead to avoid wasting my time or gas, but it ended up being a waste regardless. I asked how long it would take, and they said 15 minutes. I returned about 20 minutes later, and they said they would check on my order. I overheard from the kitchen that they still needed to make the pancakes. After another approximately 10 minutes, they finally brought my order out. However, when I got home, I realized they hadn’t understood my order completely and didn't replicate my online cart correctly because one of my pancake orders was a la carte. While the food was good, aside from the undercooked bacon, the tres leches drizzle was disappointingly minimal—more like a little squirt than a proper drizzle.

The Food was good. Portions were LARGE. Beware of the Chocolate Chip Pancake. If your expecting a regular pancake speckled with chocolate chips this isn't for you. Instead I got a whole chocolate pancake and it wasn't very good. It was like eating a plainchocolate cake. Other than that everything was good. Social distancing is not in place anymore and unfortunately we were satnext to a customer that kept coughing ALOT... it made us all uncomfortable. Refills were nonexistent unless we tried to get ourwaiters attention. But overall the food was good. Maybe we just went when it was too crowded.

The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately that was diminished by cold pancakes and bacon with a green tint. I appreciate the fact this franchise owner is doing their best but some improvement could be made
