De Cabeza /el Único - Chula Vista

I saw this food place for a long time from all kinds of bloggers and finally decided to go with my friends after a hike. Small place n parking lots were small but the food was so so good. So go early if you want to park on the spot, otherwise you have to park a little farther away. Will definitely go again n try their sheep head.

Our favorite restaurant (not only for Mexican) in San Diego area for the last 8 years. We just got back from Mexico and came here for dinner!!

Delicious! Highly recommended! I had an order of cabeza en su jugo. It was absolutely the best head I have ever gotten. Lol. I also had tacos de chicharron, and I can say it was excellent! I will be returning!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was quite disappointed. The tacos were very small and lacked enough meat, especially considering the high prices. I ordered four tacos de tripas, but the tripa was overcooked and tasted like burnt chicharrón—definitely not worth it. I also ordered one michelada, and my total came to $32. When I asked for a receipt, the young lady informed me that they don’t provide receipts. I do not recommend this place at all; you can find much better value for your money elsewhere.

This restaurant offers authentic tacos de cabeza and much more. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced, making it one of our new favorite local spots. Each time we visit, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I especially appreciate the quick service—whether it's promptly clearing empty plates or getting our food served quickly while it's still hot. From now on, we'll definitely be coming here whenever we're in the mood for cabeza en su jugo.
