This is probably the worst customer experience I've ever had at a restaurant, granted I went at 8:30 and they close at 9:00, but we walked in waiter asked

Had several sushi rolls, suppe, roasted rice, noodles and a few other dishes. we eat family style with large portions that everyone shared. everything was fresh and tasty, and we had many rests, even if all eat to full. the staff was very friendly, although they seemed to be a little too busy. I would definitely come back.

The Chinese food seems to be good to me, and the dual restaurant concept is really practical if some in their group want to eat Japanese instead, but the Japanese half of the menu is overwhelming: acceptable, but not interesting. or maybe it was just a night for the Japanese chefs? I remember it was before COVID-19 tastier.
