I don 't even know where to start: there are cakes with mold in the window, water is not added to the lemonade, pastries that are already cold are not heated in the microwave (they say they are scolded for using electricity), napkins are not put before baking. In the neighboring Kulinychy, there are probably no problems with this, because they heat and top up everything. Sellers, speaking on the phone, serve guests. Flies are crawling on baking. Owners, pay attention, because you can lose business with such workers .

The service is terrible. The saleswomen are rude. Instead of sanitizer, water was poured.

There are no price tags on the window. Always absent. Checks are issued only upon repeated demand. The same coffee changes its price every day. When asked to put price tags on the products, the saleswomen react inadequately and rudely. There is no respect for the consumer at all! The display case is dirty, covered in crumbs, and the baked goods are scattered haphazardly. The seller does not listen to the order, is in a hurry and talks on the phone. I underfilled the coffee by 20%, specially marked the glass and double-checked it at home with a measuring cup.

Water is poured into the sanitizer at the entrance instead of antiseptic. The cashier is rude, the service is bad.
